After two decades showcasing the best in design and interiors, this seminal design forum is making its London début at a former North London Sorting office from 6 September until 7 October 2007.
In preparation for the London Event, Camron took 4 journalists to the opening of Casa Decor Madrid, the 15th edition of Casa Decor to take place in the City.
Utilising a vacant building, in this case a former bank, Casa Decor forges site specific collaborations between designers, architects, furniture manufacturers and commercial organisations to turn the space into a temporary showcase for inspirational living; from loft apartments to cutting edge workspaces or cutting edge hotel environments. There was even a gorgeous bar and restaurant to refuel after hours of trend spotting.
Neither the journalists nor myself had experienced Casa Decor before and we where completely blown away. London is in for quite an experience when Casa Decor comes to London in September!
