The third in a series of dinners hosted by Æsir Copenhagen and Wallpaper* took place in New York. These spectacular events have already taken place in London, and Moscow and are intimate suppers to introduce Æsir ’s first phone, the Æ+Y, to a group of tastemakers from the worlds of fashion, art, business, design and architecture. The New York event was staged at 5 Beekman Place, near City Hall in Manhattan, which despite over a decade of disuse is a breathtaking space. As for the other dinners in this series, guests experienced an incredible culinary journey courtesy of uber-talented Danish chefs Bo Lindegaard and Lasse Askov from imakombo. Guests included architect Charles Renfro, hotelier Andre Balazs, former head of Design Miami Ambra Medda and partner Damian Kulash from OK GO, photographer Philip-Lorca diCorcia and designer Gaetano Pesce. Next stop for Æsir and Wallpaper* is Hong Kong on 19th October.
