NEO BANKSIDE
NEO Bankside will be the South Bank’s first truly world-class residential development. Situated immediately adjacent to the Tate Modern, the cluster of four pavilions provides a total of 197 apartments and penthouses set within extensively landscaped gardens. Situated within London’s ‘ribbon of culture’, NEO Bankside puts the benefits of the South Bank on the doorstep of its residents, from Tate Modern and the Globe Theatre to the Southbank Centre and Borough Market. Work on the first phase of the construction programme began in January 2009 and is set to transform the local area on completion of the whole development in 2012. NEO Bankside has been designed by Rogers, Stirk Harbour + Partners for Native Land and Grosvenor.
