LE BEAUVALLON
Le Beauvallon, the iconic former hotel and beach club on the Bay of St. Tropez, will reopen as Le Beauvallon Prive and Beauvallon Sur Mer Beach Club. The Beach Club, set on a private sandy beach, will reopen in Summer 2011 and offer contemporary culture alongside authentic Provençal cuisine. Chef Gui Gedda, will serve traditional Provençal dishes in the Mirèio restaurant and bar. Adjacent to this will be the Ito Pavilion designed by Toyo Ito. The former hotel will reopen as Le Beauvallon Privé in Spring 2012. Reserved solely for private hire, the estate will accommodate up to 100 guests for those very special occasions. Le Beauvallon Privé and Sur Mer Back Club will be the definitive destination along the Côte d’Azure.
